VYC INDUSTRIAL S.A. was organized in 1914, so it is priviliged to be considered one of pioneer companies in the design and manufacture of all types of regulating and control valves for fluid. The materials used to manufacture their products are strictly inspected inspected and controlled. This, together with our advanced manufacturing system, permits us to comfortably meet the increasingly high demands of our customers. Other controls and inspections are performed by such classification societies as Lloyd's Register of Shipping, America Bureau, Berau Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, E.C.A. and others.

Safety Valves

These valves work as automatic pressure releasing regulator activated by the static pressure existing at the entrance to the valve and are characterized by their ability to open instantly and totally.

Some specification:

Activated by direct action helicoid spring.
Simplicity of construction ensuring minimum maintenance.
Materials carefully selected for their resistance to corrosion. With the exception of wahers and couplings, the valves are free of non-ferric materials.
Internal body designed to offer favourable flow profile.
Sealing surface treated and balanced, making them extremely tightness, even exceeding DIN-3230 requeriments.
Great discharge capacity.
Equipped with draining screws for rwmoving condensation.
Auto-centering plug.
All components are numbered, registered and checked. If requested in advance, material, casting, test and afficiency certificates will be enclosed with the valve.

Continuos desalting valve

The continuos desalting valve is used to empty an adjustable quantity of water from steam boiler, removing:

Organic matter and mineral salts in solution.
Solid materials in suspension.

Preventing damage caused by erosion, perforation and incrustations.
